July 22nd, 2005 | by prick |I used to hate Radiohead. I mean, I couldn’t stand them at all. I loved Creep (of course), but everything else was shite in my eyes. Then, one day, I was in the state of mind where music can sometimes be more interesting and my friend played me a bootleg from one of the band’s shows. From that point on, I was hooked. I became a fanatic about them and I started collecting as much of their music as I could.
Around that time, Coldplay broke on the radio in LA. At first, I liked the Yellow song, but I couldn’t stand anything else that they released. Of course, much like my 180 on Radiohead, I have come around to Chris Martin. Their new album has me a little obsessed. And I am not ashamed to admit it!
No album review here except to say that the new album is much better than all the older ones. Get it!
