April 9th, 2005 | by prick |Here in the hotel room in Vegas. First of many trips this year. So far, this trip (being my 2nd time here) has been the most lucrative. Last night, at the MGM Grand, I had almost given up hope on playing slot machines. Then, on a borrowed dollar, I won $42! Then, while slowly putting quarters in a slot machine while waiting for my drink to appear, I won $51!
Today, we’re off to the New Frontier for some $2 blackjack, a few other casinos and Fremont Street tonight. Tomorrow, we’re going to gorge ourselves at the Bellagio buffet. Wish we could have stayed out later last night, but exhaustion was making me feel like I was dying. Going back to the hotel for more drinks and some Family Guy was fun, too, though.
Here’s hoping that my luck holds up. Though, even if I lose money at the blackjack table, it’s money won from last night’s slot machine luck.
Figured out the internet access at the hotal, as you can see, so I will hopefully be updating more later. With a lot of luck, I’ll be updating from a suite at the Bellagio. Not likely, but it’s nice to dream!

I was bummed to hear that you headed out of town just as I was heading in, but I’m very happy to hear the slot machines are treating you so kindly! Those things just seem to devour my money with no return…
