Six Underground
November 18th, 2004 | by prick |I have been watching Six Feet Under obsessively for the past few weeks. I’m stuck waiting for the 4th season to download right now, so I have some time to reflect on the first 3. This desire to watch it all came about when I heard that season 5 will be the very last one.
I really, really like this show. I am excited to finish season 4 so I can finally watch it on regular TV! I have seen so much of this show, yet I have never actually watched it on live TV. I’ve never had that feeling of anticipation week to week that I have experienced with many other shows. I’m not sure if that has had an effect on my experience with the show, though.
The first season was very different than the rest. It had something to it that has been absent from the later seasons. Some of the qualities of the first season have slipped into the later ones, but it’s just not the same. The show has taken a turn towards drama and relationships that put me off at first, but now I can’t get enough!
So, my review is very positive. The end of season 3 has gotten me a bit depressed, but it’s really good.
