tattoo, jinsai and ozma
July 25th, 2004 | by prick |So, a few things have happened since I last posted, that I thought I might share.
I got a new tattoo. Actually, I just added to the one I already had. You can see a picture here. It was an impulse buy. I had the artist draw it on my back and then away he went! Most painful yet, but I think that has to do with the size and it took him about an hour to finish. I am happy with it and I will be much happier when I can comfortably sleep on my back again.
I saw Jinsai’s very first live show last night, as well. I could only handle being in the hot bar for short periods of time, so I don’t feel like I saw a lot of the show. What I did see was very impressive. The sound they created was much like what you would haer on the album, but with a terrific intensity. I thought they did very well. I will enjoy seeing them somewhere with better ventalation. Check out their website to see when they’ll be playing next.
On a side note, that should be in a post of it’s own… Ozma broke up. I was a bit shocked, as I had heard rumors here and there, but never knew for sure that it would happen. Ryan posted at their website about it all. They plan to take down the website in a few months. So, I am thinking of putting up a new forum for all the members to migrate to. I have a domain I will use and hopefully people will want to follow me to the new site. I’ll post again when and if I am able to get the site going.
